Asmita is currently in her fourth year at the Australian National University, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce with a keen focus on organizational behavior. Her research interests include deviant workplace behavior, psychology of personal spaces and destructive leadership.
In her spare time, Asmita enjoys catching up with family, baking gluten free produce and creating art projects for children.
Daniel Law is an undergraduate student studying a double degree in Psychology and Economics at the Australian National University. His research interests lie in the intersection of Psychology and Economics: how psychological theories of the mind, group behaviour, and social influences can be applied to market analysis, consumer behavior, and organisational behavior.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys playing in a band, performing magic tricks, and public speaking.
Jun Gu is a Senior Lecturer in the Monash Business School at Monash University. His research focuses on ethical decision-making, leadership, and negotiation. His research has been published in the Journal of Experimental Psychology-General, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology and Journal of Business Ethics.
In his spare time, Jun enjoys yoga, meditation, and spending time with family and friends.
